Sandy and Jeff's Walnut Chairs

SANDY AND JEFF'S WALNUT DINING CHAIRS

I built a set of chairs for Sandy and Jeff to sit around their dining table. The curved back rest was carved out of a single width board of 4" thick solid Walnut heartwood.

Finger joints hold the curved front seat rail to the side rails. The arm rests are low enough to fit under the table when the chairs are not in use.

These chairs were designed to sit around a Walnut DINING TABLE crafted from wide thick boards from a single log of Walnut.
